Another Hoosier Horse Fair
has come on gone, and our club was well
represented by two young stallions on Stallion
row, Garavani and LLC Marchar. We also had
two beautiful mare's in the Breed Demo, WRA
Summers Kiss and Apparent Reflections. I would
like to thank all those who gave of their time
to help us promote the Proud Breed: Mary
Weeks for bringing her mare (WRA Summers Kiss)
for the Breed Demo, Sharon Villani for allowing
us to show LLC Marchar on Stallion row, and Club
members Harry and Cheryl White, Pam
Connelly-Castle, Jennifer Dresdow, Mike Urschel,
Darla Greer, Daphne Wyatt, and Pat Crutchett for
helping to man the IAHC booth. I'm sure
there are others that I'm forgetting...and I
apologize for that; your help was greatly
appreciated and helped to make this years fair a
very successful event.
With that being said, it's
time to start planning for next year. Again, I
will be looking for two stallions for Stallion
row, two mares or geldings for the Breed demo,
and volunteers to man the booth, to help set up
on Thursday, or to help tear down on Sunday. If
you are interested in helping out, just have
questions, or if you have ideas of what you
might think will help us show off our Breed,
please feel free to contact me.
Again, a big thank you to
all that helped make this year's fair a great
success. -Terry Leek (HHF
coordinator, IAHC Vice President)
